Payment Information

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure online payment partner, NOCHEX, as well as bank transfers and personal cheques accompanying printed order forms.  The payment selection is made at the end of the checkout process.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer or personal cheque for an online order, please contact us via sales@goodtimeproducts.co.uk and we will provide you with our bank account information.

Unfortunately we do not accept payment by PayPal at this time.

Shipping Information

All of our stock comes direct from the manufacturer in the United States of America. For items that are not in stock we place two orders a week with the manufacturer (generally on a Tuesday and Friday afternoon) and will then ship those orders to customers approximately 7 days later. Therefore please allow 14 days for shipping from the date of order.

All of our shipments are packaged in plain wrapping, with no clue as to the content. Returns information is included with the packing sheet inside.

Within the United Kingdom

The cost of standard Royal Mail shipping is £3.00 for all orders, regardless of size.  All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery. Royal Mail is a 1-3 working day service, but generally do arrive the next day. All parcels will need to be signed for.

Outside the UK but within the European Union

Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK but within the European Union are charged at a flate rate of £10.00 and are sent by Royal Mail overseas recorded delivery, this is a 5-7 working day service.

Shipping to the USA and Canada

Orders placed for delivery to the United States and Canada are charged at a flate rate of £12.00 and are sent by Royal Mail overseas recorded delivery, this is a 5-7 working day service.
